GRX (Garage Revenue Xcelerator) is a cloud-based workshop and garage management application built for the UAE. It brings together jobs, customers, vehicles, quotations, invoices, reports, purchase, inventory, HR, and account settings in one platform—so workshop owners and staff can run operations, stay compliant with UAE VAT and (future) e-invoicing, and grow the business.

Who this documentation is for

This documentation is for workshop and garage owners, managers, reception staff, and technicians who use GRX. It explains each major area of the application in detail, including what you can do and the main workflows. Use it as a reference when onboarding new staff or when you need to confirm how a feature works.

How the documentation is organised

Each section in the sidebar corresponds to a major area of GRX:

  • Jobs & Quotations — Creating and managing jobs, quotations, Kanban board, and calendar.
  • Customers & Vehicles — Customer records, vehicle history, and service history.
  • Work Orders — Work orders created from jobs; tasks, items, and status.
  • Invoicing — Invoices, payments, and UAE VAT; e-invoicing (future).
  • Reports & Dashboard — Revenue, VAT, overdue alerts, and FTA-ready reports.
  • Purchase & Inventory — Vendors, expenses, products, services, and stock.
  • HR & Payroll — Employees, payroll, salary slips, and document expiry.
  • Account & Settings — Shop details, VAT/tax, subscription, backup, and audit logs.

Accessing GRX

GRX is a web application. Sign in at app.grx.ae from any supported browser. No installation is required. Use the same URL on desktop, tablet, or phone for consistent access to your data.
