GRX includes an AI workshop assistant that answers questions about your live data in plain language — for example sales totals, open jobs, expense summaries, customer counts, and catalog prices. It is read-only: the assistant cannot create, edit, or delete records.
Shop vs organisation mode
Single-workshop users open AI assistant from the app navigation. Multi-branch organisations get an organisation AI assistant that can query across all workshops, with citations that open the right record in the correct branch.
WhatsApp catalog assistant
Workshops can optionally connect WhatsApp Business so customers message your number for product and service enquiries. Matching runs against your catalog; OpenAI can optionally refine intent and replies when enabled on the server.

The in-app AI assistant is included on the Premium and Enterprise plans ({formatAedAmount(3000)} and {formatAedAmount(7200)} AED/year per branch + VAT). Contact GRX support or book a demo to upgrade.
