    GRX — Garage Revenue Xcelerator — is an all-in-one cloud-based workshop and garage management software for the UAE. It covers jobs, customers, vehicles, quotations, invoices, reports, purchase, inventory, and HR in one platform. The Advanced plan includes UAE e-invoicing (B2B/B2G); the Core plan has standard invoicing with e-invoicing coming as an upgrade.

  • 2Does GRX support UAE e-invoicing?

    Yes, on the GRX Advanced plan (600 AED/month). We offer FTA-compliant B2B/B2G e-invoicing with PINT-AE XML, ASP submission, and FTA status tracking. The Core plan (300 AED/month) includes professional invoices and quotations; e-invoicing is included in the Advanced plan.

  • 3Is GRX suitable for auto repair and workshops in Dubai?

    Yes. GRX is built for auto repair shops and general workshops in Dubai and the UAE. It includes job cards, Kanban board, calendar view, capacity planning, quotations, invoices, and customer and vehicle history.

  • 4Can I use GRX on mobile?

    Yes. GRX is a cloud-based Web App that works on any device with an internet connection. Use it in the workshop or on the go from your browser—no app install required.

  • 6How much does GRX cost?

    GRX has two monthly plans: GRX Core at 300 AED per month (jobs, quotations, customers and vehicles, invoicing, reports, dashboard, purchase, inventory, HR, cloud); and GRX Advanced at 600 AED per month with everything in Core plus UAE e-invoicing (B2B/B2G), advanced features, and customisation. Both include a 7-day free trial.

  • 7What does GRX include for reporting?

    GRX includes a dashboard with key metrics, recent jobs and invoices, overdue alerts, plus reports for VAT, profit & loss, purchase register, revenue/expense charts, payment mix, job status, and department reports. Advanced plan adds more detailed and custom reports.

  • 8What is the difference between GRX Core and GRX Advanced?

    GRX Core (300 AED/month) includes full workshop management: jobs, quotations, customers, vehicles, invoicing (PDF/print), reports, dashboard, purchase, inventory, HR, and cloud access. GRX Advanced (600 AED/month) adds UAE e-invoicing (B2B/B2G), advanced features, customisation to your workflow, and priority support.

  • 9Is there a free trial?

    Yes. Both plans include a 7-day free trial with no card required. You can sign up at app.grx.ae and start using GRX immediately.

  • 10Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data remains accessible during the notice period as per our terms.

  • 11Does GRX work for multi-branch or multi-location workshops?

    GRX is designed for single-tenant use (one system per workshop). For multi-branch setups, each location typically has its own GRX account. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your setup and we can advise.

  • 12Does GRX support Arabic or RTL?

    GRX is currently in English. Arabic and RTL support are on our roadmap. Contact us if this is a priority for your workshop.

  • 13Where is my data stored?

    GRX is a cloud application; your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard practices for backup and security. For specific data residency requirements (e.g. UAE-only), contact us.

  • 14Can I export my data from GRX?

    Yes. You can export reports and data from GRX for your records or for use in accounting software. Details are available inside the app and from support.

  • 15Does GRX integrate with accounting software?

    GRX provides reports and data exports that you can use with your accountant or accounting software. Deeper integrations may be available on the Advanced plan; contact us for options.

  • 16How do I get support?

  • 17Is GRX suitable for tyre shops or battery shops?

    Yes. GRX works for any workshop or garage that does jobs, quotations, and invoices—including tyre centres, battery shops, quick lube, and general repair. You can define your own services and products.

  • 18Can I manage inventory and parts in GRX?

    Yes. GRX Core and Advanced both include purchase and inventory: track parts, set reorder points, link parts to jobs, and manage suppliers. Advanced plan offers more flexibility and customisation.

  • 19Does GRX have HR and payroll?

    Yes. GRX includes HR and payroll features so you can manage staff and salaries in the same system as jobs and invoicing. Available on both Core and Advanced plans.

  • 20What payment methods do you accept for the subscription?

    We accept card payments and other methods as shown at signup. For invoicing (e.g. monthly invoice for 300 or 600 AED), contact us on WhatsApp or email.

  • 21Can I switch from Core to Advanced later?

    Yes. You can upgrade to GRX Advanced at any time to get e-invoicing, advanced features, and customisation. Contact us or use the option in your account to upgrade.

  • 22Is GRX only for the UAE?

    GRX is built for the UAE (AED, UAE VAT, UAE e-invoicing). It is best suited for workshops operating in the UAE. We do not currently support other currencies or tax regimes out of the box.

  • 23Do I need to install anything?

    No. GRX is a web app—you use it in your browser. No desktop install or server is required. Just sign up at app.grx.ae and log in from any device.

  • 24How secure is GRX?

    We use secure connections (HTTPS), authentication, and standard practices for data protection. Access is per-user with role-based permissions. Backups are performed regularly.

  • 25What is PINT-AE?

    PINT-AE is the UAE’s technical standard for electronic invoicing, aligned with the FTA. GRX Advanced supports FTA e-invoicing (B2B/B2G) in line with PINT-AE and related requirements.
